Cops say Ashok Agarwal hadn't had proper sleep for some time and had approached doctors in this regard
A 40-year-old medical shop owner allegedly plunged into Mula river from Harris bridge in Khadaki yesterday morning. Attempts to trace him till late evening proved futile. Police have identified the person as Ashok Sundarlal Agarwal, a resident of Bopkhel.

Inspector (crime) Nishikant Bhujbal of Khadki police station said, “Ashok owns a medical shop in Budhwar peth area. He hadn’t had proper sleep for a few days, and had approached doctors in this regard.
Yesterday, he and his brother were on their wa to the shop on a bike. When they reached the bridge, Ashok complained of dizziness, ran to the bridge, and jumped off.” Police said that after leaping into the water, he even swam for a while and then disappeared. “The fire brigade has been pressed into action, and the fruitless search operation went on till late evening,” said Bhujbal.u00a0
