This is what he said...
Happy Birthday President @ashrafghani…got the date right this time. :)

Earlier, on February 12, Prime Minister Modi had mistakenly wished the President on Twitter wishing him a 'long life and exceptional health and a joyful journey ahead'.
The Prime Minister was trolled on social media platform after Ghani replied thanking him for his 'gracious words' but informing him about his right birthday.
Ashraf Ghani graciously thanked his 'dear friend' Modi in hindi
@narendramodi Bahut dhanyavaad Mr. PM. It's always a delight to hear from such dear friend of mine and a strong supporter of our people.
