The NIA is seeking the custody of ISIS suspect Mohsin Ibrahim Sayeed, who is lodged in Tihar jail.

Sayeed, who was arrested in February had gone to Delhi to meet an associate when he was arrested and Rs 85,000, two SIM cards and a mobile phone were recovered from him.
Investigation has revealed that Mohsin and his associates had planned to target the Ardh Kumbh Mela in Haridwar, which was held between January 1 and April 30.
He has been arrested under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
