The DSC Jaipur Literature Festival being held here is a one-of-its kind celebration of reading, writing, music and the arts, one that has grown to be the most popular book fest in Asia. This year, the affair will see 116 authors and thirty performing artists, apart from good food and discussions. More dope follows.

Those in attendance will beu00a0 Vikas Swarup, the author of Q and Au00a0the book that inspired Slumdog Millionaire,u00a0 Chetan Bhagat, Hari Kunzru,u00a0 Vikram Seth, Amitabh Bachchan, Shekhar Kapoor, Tina Brown, Shashi Tharoor, Patrick French, Neville Tuli, Siddharth Dhanvant Shanghvi and Prasoon Joshi, to name a few. Apart from this, participants from USA, UK, Australia, South Africa, Malaysia, Mali, China, Pakistan, and Indian Bhasha writers from Bengal, Assam, Kerala, Punjab and Rajasthan will be paying a visit.
