Passing the order on her petition, National Investigation Authority (NIA) court judge S Vijaykumar relaxed the condition for two weeks and directed Soofiya to give details of her travel and stay in Bangalore to the NIA that is probing the case.

As per her bail condition, Soofiya cannot leave Ernakaulam district without the court's permission. She was permitted by the court three times to visit Madani at Kollam earlier.

However, this is the first time she is being allowed to go out of the state. Her husband was arrested by Karnataka Police last month in connection with the 2008 Bangalore bomb blasts that left a woman dead besides injuring 20 others.

Soofiya is the 10th accused in the case relating to the torching of a Tamil Nadu state-owned bus in Kalamssery in Kerala on September 9, 2005, to protest Madani's continued detention in connection with the Coimbatore blast case. Suspected LeT militant T Nazeer, is also among the accused in the case.
