Uttar Pradesh Board class 10thand 12th exam results 2015 are likely to be announced today, 17th May 2015 at 12:30 PM at UP Board official website upmsp.nic.in and upresults.nic.in.
Board of Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Prishad (upmsp.nic.in) is going to announce the Uttar Pradesh Board High School class 10 and Intermediate class 12 results today at upmsp.nic.in and upresults.nic.in. Students can also check their UP Board High School and Intermediate exam results at up10.jagranjosh.com and up12.jagranjosh.com respectively.

Board of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad is all set to announce the class 10th and class 12th exam results 2015 today, 17th May 2015. UP Board High School and Intermediate exam results 2015 will also be available at www.jagranjosh.com/results/up-board-10th-result-2015-10th-96101 and www.jagranjosh.com/results/up-board-12th-result-2015-12th-96102 respectively.
This is the first time when the UP Board is going to announce both the Class 10th and 12th UP Board Results 2015 on the same date.
The UP Board was set up in the year 1921 at Allahabad by an act of United Provinces Legislative Council. It conducted its first examination in 1923. This Board is one in India which, from the very start, had adopted 10+2 system of examination. The first public examination after 10 years education is High School Examination and after the 10+2 stage, there is Intermediate Examination. Prior to 1923, University of Allahabad was the examining body of these two examinations.
Major responsibilities and duties of the board is to recommend the syllabus, propose rules and specify the courses of Instruction and textbooks, teaching by correspondence courses, recognition of high school and Intermediate education in schools in Uttar Pradesh.
In the year 2014, UP Board class 10th and 12th examinations was held in two shifts that are in the morning shift (from 7:30 am to 10:45 am) and the afternoon shift (2 pm to 5:15 am). In the same year more than 6 million students appeared for the exams. This is an increment of 9.5% as compared to the 2013 in which around 5 million students had appeared for the same. In addition, in the year 2012 there were approximately 1 lac 53 thousands who appeared in the High School class 10th examination and on the other hand 1 lac 72 thousands students who appeared for Intermediate class 12th examination. The results for the same were announced on 25th May 2014. For the year 2015, the U.P Board 10th and 12th exam results will be announced on this week end.
The candidates would also have the facility to check their 10th and 12th Class UP Board results 2015(also known as UP Board High School Exam Results and UP Board Intermediate Exam Results) through https://www.jagranjosh.com/results using their Roll Number. Candidates would also be able to download the PDF of their UP results and save it for future reference/ taking print out.
