Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday lashed out at the Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and alleged that the both are alike when it comes to business interests.
Kejriwal said that the Congress and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi are working together to loot the gas and petroleum resources in Krishna-Godavari basin.

“Modi gifted away 20 per cent stake of State-owned Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC) to two companies, Geo Global and Jubilant Enpro, completely free of cost,” he said.
Kejriwal further stated that the UPA government has also favoured the Geo Global, owned by one Jean Paul Roy, and Jubilant Enpro, owned by Shyam Sunder Bhartia, husband of Shobhana Bhartia, a Congress nominated member in the Rajya Sabha.
He also alleged that Modi allotted 14,306 acres to Adanis in Kutch area at rates ranging from Re 1 per sq metre to Rs 32 per sq metre for a SEZ.
In fact, most of the land has been allotted at less than Rs 10 per sq metre, he claimed. Earlier on Monday, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting (Independent Charge) Manish Tewari had questioned the Gujarat government over the Tehelka magazine’s expose on gas exploration.
Tiwari alleged that the Modi-led government had given away a stake to a private company named GeoGlobal and the private company has made a windfall gain of around Rs 100 crore.
