Being a police officer involves a lot of stress! After all, having a whole city looking upto you for safety is a huge responsibility. And one can only imagine how cops keep themselves stress-free and be good role models for citizens!

Well, the police officers at Bengaluru have turned to Zumba to bust their stress and also keep themselves fit! The Bengaluru police have shared a video of their officers dancing their stress away on Twitter with the caption that reads, "Rhythmic stress buster."
The 65-second long video saw the cops doing push-ups and then the scene suddenly cut to them doing zumba and happily adding their own moves to it. The cops are seen dancing their heart out in circles to peppy songs.

The energetic moves of the cops and the beats of the Bollywood music used in the background of the music will make you get up off your seats and dance till you drop. The video, posted last week received more than 4,200 views from praises from the netizens demanding that such initiatives should be taken in other cities too.
