Bambhaniya alleged it was nothing but harassment because of his association with Hardik.
A team of bank officials and government officials visited Pithadiya village of Jetpur tehsil in Rajkot district and sealed the premises of Shrinathjee Cotex Pvt Ltd today.
Bank officials confirmed the development.
However, Bambhaniya alleged that this was an attempt by the state government to harass him.
"I and my partner have taken a loan from Dena Bank. But the bank suddenly sent a notice yesterday that we have to pay the outstanding amount of Rs 17.5 crore within 24 hours.
"The notice was sent through the mamlatdar (revenue official) of Jetpur. No one can arrange Rs 17.5 crore in one day. It is clear that the state government is behind this act.
As I am supporting Hardik, they are harassing me," Bambhaniya alleged, adding that he would move the courts.
