"In the FIR, the members have been accused of snatching, attacking the police personnel, trying to create riot and some other sections of Indian Penal code," said the police.
The second FIR has been filed by an inspector, wherein the party members have been booked under Section 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant) of IPC.
Nearly 30 BJYM members were detained by the police after they turned violent during the protest. They were later released. A few were arrested following the FIRs but they were also released by the court on bail.
