A CRPF jawan has been found dead in the force's state battalion headquarter here, officials said on Tuesday.

A CRPF jawan has been found dead in the force's state battalion headquarter here, officials said on Tuesday.

CRPF officials said the body of constable Sajjan Kumar of 5 battalion was found hanging in the bathroom of state battalion headquarter in Mahavir Nagar in west Delhi last night.

They said though no suicide note has been found, prima facie, it appears to be a case of suicide.

Kumar, who hails from Rajasthan, was posted in the national capital for the last few months.

A case has been registered by the local police and further investigation is on, they said.
