Easing the nerves of lakhs of students, the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education has announced that CG Board 12th Result 2016 declared on April 21. The CGBSE was compelled to provide this clarification in the wake of student complaints, who were suffering due to rampant rumours. However, the news has put to rest all the misinformation about a possible delay in the CG Board 12th result declaration due to technical problems.

Along with confirming the result declaration date for Chhattisgarh Board 12th Result 2016, the board also stated that the results would be first made available on internet platforms through online portals and result website. This practice has been followed by the board to ensure that students have an easy and convenient way to check the CGBSE 12th Result 2016 examination results.
On April 12, the CG 12th Board Result 2016 will be available on the official website of the board i.e., cgbse.net, as well as on partner website https://chhattisgarh12.jagranjosh.com. To further ease the burden on the students, CGBSE has issued special instructions to their digital team and partner portals to simplify the result checking process by reducing the number of steps involved.
This year, nearly 2.5 Lakh students will receive the outcome of their yearlong hard work in the form of CG Board 12th Result 2016. The CGBSE 12th Result 2016 is deemed as one of the most important academic landmarks in the school life of any student. This is because; they form the primary basis on which students will be admitted to undergraduate level academic programmes in different fields. In some cases, the courses would also open up opportunities for short-term vocational or technical programmes for them. The examination was topped by Gunjan Sharma from Mansarowar HS School- Jangiri (Durg), who scored 97.60%.
This year, the student participation has seen a significant rise and in line with it, the CGBSE is anticipating the overall pass percentage and individual scores of candidates to show positive growth as well.
