SC allows Kerala to hold physical exam for Std XI

The Supreme Court on Friday allowed the Kerala government to hold physical exams for Std XI, and expressed satisfaction over the steps it has taken to ensure that no untoward situation is faced by students. The bench dismissed an appeal of advocate Rasoolshan A, challenging the Kerala HC order refusing to interfere with the state government’s decision to hold offline exams. The SC said it had intervened on an earlier occasion as there was a possibility of a third wave by September. “Third wave is not in offing immediately.”
