The Crime Branch sleuths got hold of the cartridges of 9 mm pistol from Palande’s house on Thursday, while investigating his illegal passports. Officials are probing why the accused had kept live rounds with him, and how he was planning on using them. They believe that he could have employed them to commit a serious crime. The recovery can reveal other murkier plans of the serial killer, for which he had stored the rounds, said a Crime Branch source.u00a0
