The weather agency, in their Mumbai weather update, has forecast a "partly cloudy sky with possibility of light to moderate rain in the city and its suburbs" for the next 24 hours
Meanwhile, the IMD on Sunday said that the temperatures were expected to range from a maximum of 31 degrees Celcius to a minimum of 25 degrees Celcius
In its weather bulletin on Sunday evening, the IMD predicted that light to moderate rains were likely in Mumbai on Monday
The IMD has issued a green alert for Monday and stated that light to moderate rains were very likely in city and its adjoining areas including Thane and Palghar districts
