    The reason behind the Dev Corpora building Fire has been revealed after the investigations. A massive fire broke out on the 11th floor of Dev Corporate commercial building in Khopat, Thane West on 17th September. Ten people were rescued from the site and the fire was extinguished by 4am. Thane's Chief Fire Officer Girish Zalke on Thursday said that smoke generated by the fire that broke out on the 11th floor of the Dev Corpora building on Tuesday night spread rapidly as the high-rise’s exhaust system had been shut.
