Thane district on Thursday reported 13 new cases of Covid-19. The fresh cases took the infection tally to 1,97,151, according to a bulletin issued by the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC).
According to the civic body, no Covid-19 related death was reported on Thursday. The Covid-19 fatality toll in Thane now stands at 2,162.

With addition of the latest coronavirus cases, Thane currently has 134 active cases.
24 Covid-19 patients recovered on October 27, taking the total number of recoveries since the beginning in the city to 1,94,855. The recovery rate in the TMC area is 98.84 per cent.
