Online registration of marriage will be suspended till July 21, as the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) is upgrading its software, SAP.

All SAP servers, including the ones for registration of marriage and issuance of a certificates, are required to be shut down during the period.
The office of marriage registrar at respective wards will be accepting offline applications and the date and time will be given for the interview. Once the system has been upgraded, people can apply online to obtain their the marriage registration certificate. Officials said the marriage registrar of the department will clarify any other queries of the public.
