Maharashtra deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis on Monday alleged that the MVA government conspired to defame the state. During a media interaction in Mumbai, Fadnavis also blamed the Uddhav Thackeray-led MVA government for the recent loss of projects in Maharashtra.


During the interaction, Fadnavis said, "The MVA government is to be blamed for the loss of major projects in the state.  A fake narrative is being created on the loss of major projects in Maharashtra after Shinde-faction and BJP government came to power."

Fadvanis added, "The mega refinery project worth rupees three lakh crore has been opposed by opponents. They have no right to talk about projects moving to other states. Maharashtra will soon see a mega refinery project. it was never scrapped."

He also announced that the Centre will soon announce an electronic cluster for Maharashtra.
