A fire broke out in a 14-storey residential building in Tilak Nagar area of Mumbai on Wednesday afternoon, officials said. There was no casualty, they said, reported the PTI.
The blaze erupted at around 12.30 pm in a flat on the fifth floor of Sahajivan Tower located near Chembur-Santacruz link road flyover, a civic official said, as per the PTI.

The fire was confined to electric wiring and installations, household articles and clothes in the flat, civic officials said.
"No one injured in the fire," an official said.
Four fire engines and other fire brigade equipment were rushed to the spot and the blaze was extinguished in less than 30 minutes, officials said.
The cause of the fire was not yet known.
Meanwhile, in an another incident in Thane, a fire broke out at a residential building's transformer in Thane district of Maharashtra, the Regional Disaster Management Cell (RDMC) of the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) said on Monday.
According to the civic body, the incident was reported on Monday at about 2:32 pm. A fire broke out at the Mahavitarna transformer at Lakshmi Narayan Residency's H Wing in Devdaya Nagar, Thane (West).
It said that as the information was received, the officials responded swiftly. The disaster management department personnel, the fire brigade and the electricity distribution officials rushed to the spot.
An official said that no injuries were reported in the incident.
The fire, which is believed to have started in close proximity to the transformer, prompted an immediate response from emergency services. At the scene, one fire vehicle, one water tanker, and one rescue vehicle were deployed to control the blaze.
Fortunately, due to the prompt action of all the personnel involved, no injuries were reported at the incident site. The collaborative efforts of the fire brigade and the disaster management department were instrumental in extinguishing the fire.
As a result of the fire, there was a disruption in electricity supply to the Lakshmi Narayan Residency complex. However, efforts are already underway to restore electricity to the area, with the assistance of Mahavitarna employees. The restoration of power is a top priority to ensure the comfort and safety of the residents, the official added.
