Chased by the Vasai police after seriously injuring the senior citizen, 36-year-old real estate agent behind the wheel crashes into the compound wall of a housing society

The incident happened around 10.30 pm on Tuesday, Dattatraya Gujar, assistant sub-inspector of Vasai police station, told mid-day. “He was driving back from an alcohol party with his friends at a dhaba,” he added. Raut said Patil was flung 10 feet in the air and sustained severe injuries to his left leg and left hand after crashing on the road

4. With the police on his back, he takes a U-turn after around 3 km, and crashes into the compound wall of Laxmi Niwas society at Parnaka, Vasai West. Three-four bikes parked inside the society were also damaged. “We nabbed him, booked him for hit and run, and got his custody for three days,” said Gujar
