The Bombay High Court, on Thursday granted bail to Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha in the on-going drugs-on-cruise case being investigated by the NCB.


Aryan Khan and the 2 accused were denied bail twice before. Court will pronounce further details related to the bail tomorrow.

At present, Aryan is lodged at the Arthur Road Jail along with another accused Arbaaz Merchant. Whereas, Munmun Dhamecha is at Byculla women prison.

Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3. An NCB team busted an alleged drugs party on the Cordelia Cruise ship which was on its way to Goa at mid-sea on October 2. A total of 20 people, including two Nigerian nationals, have been arrested so far in the case.

In the meantime, media professionals and fans have gathered outside Shah Rukh Khan's Bandra residence 'Mannat' as the news of Aryan Khan's bail broke.

Khan's lawyer, Mukul Rohtagi told mediapersons that his client and the two other accused of the case will be realeased after the court's detailed order is issued. Hopefully, they will be released tomorrow or on Saturday, he added.
