The trouble for the Mumbai Metro One Private Limited (MMOPL), which is working on the 11.04 km Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar stretch, does not seem to be ending.

The Maharashtra Metro Kamgar union, on Thursday, filed a police complaint against officials of MMOPL allegedly because they refused to accept a memorandum for formation of union for people working in Metro as a staff.

It is said that Amboli police have registered a non-cognizable complaint against four MMOPL officials.

At around 1 pm on Thursday more than 50 union workers had gathered in front of the gate of the Metro car depot. There were three to four police vehicles also seen at the spot to avoid any trouble.
