Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today said the state government will seek handover of Chhota Rajan once he is deported to India.

Chhota Rajan, one of India's most wanted gangsters, was arrested in the tourist town of Bali, Indonesia on a Red Corner Notice issued by Interpol after eluding law enforcement agencies for over two decades.
"We will request the authorities to handover Chhota Rajan to Maharashtra," said the Chief Minister.
"Chhota Rajan committed many crimes in Maharashtra. We will provide evidence against him," he said.
Fadnavis made it clear that Chhota Rajan will face trial in the state. "We will find some important information on Chhota Rajan," he added.
