A gang of five was fully prepared to murder him but the Virar cops somehow got to know about it and reached the spot on time. They even managed to nab one of the accused.
According to sources, Sadanand’s cousin brother Gabru Patil does not have a good record and he often quarrels with people in the area where he stays.
He even had past rivalry with the accused and had fought with one of them a couple of days back near Panch Pairi Ganpati Mandir in Jiudani Virar east. Thereafter, the gang planned to kill him to take revenge.
