1. Ajmal's arrest and nationality pinned down
The arrest of the sole surviving terrorist Mohammad Ajmal Kasab, who told the police that he was a resident of Faridkot village in the province of Punjab in Pakistan. Investigation revealed that the nine terrorists were from Pakistan and trained at Lashkar-E-Taiba training camps at Muridke, Mansher and Muzaffarabad, all in Pakistan. The details of their addresses have been given in the dossier.

2. Maps of the route taken by terrorists from Karachi to Mumbai
The route taken by the terrorist was from Karachi to Mumbai through sea route. Police have recovered the maps and the GPS system that show the route of their journey from Karachi to Mumbai and also the return journey.
Indian government has attached the photocopies of the maps and the GPS system used by the terrorists for the journey that proves that they came from Pakistan.
3. The dinghy they came in: made in Japan, imported to Pak
The police recovered the eleven seater inflatable dinghy from Badhwar Park, Mumbai, brought by the Pakistanis. The boat gave proof that it was manufactured in Japan at a Yamaha motor corporation. Inquiries revealed that it was imported to Pakistan.
4. Essential supplies, all with Pakistan labels
Police recovered toiletries, medical kit, food articles, drums containing diesel and clothing items from the Kuber boat used by the terrorist to sail to Maharashtra waters. All these were manufactured in Pakistan. They had left from Karachi in Al-Husseini boat that belonged to LeT Chief commander Zaki-Ur-Rehman Lakhvi. Indian Government has sent photocopies of all these items.
5. Modus operandi
The dossier also explains how the terrorist made groups of two and left in taxis to different targets as assigned to them and attacked the targets. For example: Ajmal Qasab and Abu Ismail left for CST station, another group left for Nariman House.
6. Weapons and ammunition with Made in Pakistan labels
All the explosives recovered from them points to Pakistan. The 9 mm pistols recovered form crime scenes bore the mark of Diamond Nedi frontier Arms Company, Peshawar. Arges, an Austrian company that had given the franchise to a Pakistani company to manufacture them, manufactured the hand grenades. The grenades were of the same company that was used in the 1993 blasts. The Government has attached the photographs of all these and sent to Pakistan.
7. Red herrings LeT placed
The Deccan Mujahideen email claiming responsibility of the attack was traced to a proxy server in Russia. It was later revealed that Zarrar Shah, communication coordinator of LeT had made that proxy ID and was himself operating it from Pakistan through another ID that was traced to Pakistan.
8. How they communicated
Telephone links The controllers of the terrorists were passing instructions through the telephone and VOIP system to the terrorists in India. It has been revealed that the VOIP system was used through a US company Callphonex and all the arrangement for the money through Western Union and its activation was made from Pakistan.
9. Transcripts of terrorist conversations
All the calls made between the terrorists and their bosses were recorded and the calls have been intercepted to be from Pakistan. The transcripts reveal the Pak-based controllers giving instruction to the terrorists who had held hostages at various places.
10. SMSes retrieved and decoded
The police have also recovered mobile phones and intercepted SMSes exchanged between the terrorist and their bosses during their journey by sea. Also, there were messages sent in code language that have been decoded by the police. The numbers were traced to Pakistan.u00a0u00a0
For example Barf kitne din ki baqi hain.... meant how many days left for the journey to be completed.
11. Names of the LeT chief out in transcript
The transcripts between the terrorists and their masters in Pakistan have given ample proof of Pakistan's role. The VOIP system and the mobiles were all traced to Pakistan. Also, names of the LeT chief and handlers were heard in the talks that were intercepted.u00a0u00a0
12. Difference of opinion in Pakistan
The Indian Government has mentioned all the different quotes made by Pakistani leaders and officials that indicate continuous prevarication. Example, the DG and ISI first said they would visit India, but later denied it.
