A mentally unstable man allegedly killed his 55-year-old father in Palghar.

Hirya Pandu Parab, who is in his 30s, attacked his father Pandu Parab with a wooden plank on Thursday at Dhanore village, following which the latter died.

The accused was arrested Thursday evening.
