In her complaint, the woman accused Nawazuddin of manhandling her while she was arguing with his bodyguards over the alleged encroachment of parking space adjoining the actor’s ground floor apartment. She claimed the actor touched her on the chest to push her aside after she rushed to the aid of a society resident, who was being intimidated by Nawazuddin’s bodyguards after he parked his two-wheeler near the actor’s apartment.
