Mumbai: Gangster wanted in more than 30 cases nabbed

Farheed Rehmat Khan alias Farheed Kalina was nabbed by the Amboli Police team headed by Daya Nayak, after they received a tip-off regarding his whereabouts. According to a report by The Indian Express, Khan is wanted in over 30 cases pertaining to extortion and threat.

Police sources say that he was part of a gang floated by his slain brother Idda Khan, who was gunned down in a police encounter by the Mumbai Crime Branch.

Khan was planning to flee Mumbai at the time of his arrest.
