Trains services on the Central Railway got disrupted after an overhead cable snapped between Ghatkopar and Vikhroli

Trains services on the Central Railway got disrupted after an overhead cable snapped between Ghatkopar and Vikhroli causing severe inconvenience to commuters.

At 7:16 am the overhead cable (OHE) wire broke between Ghatkopar & Vikroli on the slow line while the train was heading for CST station.

As a result all services on the slow line was diverted on to the fast track between Mulund and Matunga stations.
