One of the lawyers representing accused Sachin Dabholkar (31) said that the court observed the 22-year-old woman initially did not file any FIR but returned after four days to file one.
The 22-year-old filed a police complaint in February 2013 accusing Dabholkar of raping and sodomising her on the pretext of marriage. She also deposed in court and recorded her statement.
