Fire officials confirmed that they are taking necessary measures to douse the fire.

According to the Fore Control Department, the first call was made at around 10.30 pm and two tankers and two fire engines were sent to control the situation. "Fire had started at different spots inside the dumping ground and is now completely doused," said the fire official.

There were no casualties or injuries reported in the incident.
