As Congress MP Shashi Tharoor readies to introduce a Bill seeking amendment of Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code — decriminalising homosexuality — in the Parliament today, mid-day spoke to various organisations and LGBT rights activists yesterday to gauge their reactions.
