Sister Philomena Sequeira, principal of St Elias High School, Khar said, "Students are aware of the Constitution, but they do not know about it. So we have decided to read out the Indian Constitution from Republic Day onwards."
According to the plan, teachers from St Elias High School will everyday read out one Fundamental Duty from the Constitution during the assembly. This will be then be explained to the students.
