CCTV footage shows shooter at Vile Parle restaurant Gajalee open fire at a staffer for not knowing the don; he had arrived with a message to be delivered to a waiter. Bullet grazed staffer’s arm, but didn’t do much damage

Face covered with a mask, unknown man enters Gajalee restaurant in Vile Parle at 11.30 pm on Friday and hands the staffer manning the parcel counter a piece of paper to be given to a waiter there, identified as Manohar Chaughule, asking him to contact the fugitive gangster Ravi Pujari. When the staffer asks the man who Ravi Pujari is, he gets angry and whips out a gun.

He goes on to use the gun, firing at him and shouting, “Go and ask your father about Ravi Pujari.” It was later revealed that the bullet grazed the staffer’s arm, and didn’t do much damage. The Vile Parle police have registered an offence against two people — the shooter and the bike rider waiting outside the eatery for him.
