A fire broke out in a vacant local train compartment stationed near platform no. 4 of Kandivali railway station on Friday night

A fire broke out in a vacant local train compartment stationed near platform no. 4 of Kandivali railway station on Friday night.

The compartment was kept in the car shed when it caught fire.

The fire brigade got a call at 10.40 pm and four fire engines and two tankers were sent to the spot. Operations are underway. No casualties reported yet.
