It was ire and fire on Sunday morning, as SoBo residents came together to protest against cutting trees and transforming a historical Malabar Hill walkway into a road for four-wheelers

Currently, a recreational ground, the new proposal suggests the area be changed to a road line. The conversion will involve the cutting of trees, using about 1,000 sq m of Kamala Nehru Park. Also, an amphitheatre and children’s play area will be demolished for the road
