The Suman Nagar traffic police have retained Divya's Activa. Divya, who fell on her face, was taken to Sion hospital by her parents. She has lost a tooth and sustained minor injuries on her face.

Sangeeta, Divya's mother, said, "I will ensure that the driver is put behind bars. It was not my daughter's fault."
