Mumbai: Woman and five-year-old's miraculous escape as contractor brings roof down in Dahisar

Woman and daughter, 5, have miraculous escape as floor of their fourth storey home collapses allegedly due to damage caused by repairmen on the floor below

A mother-daughter duo had the shock of their lives when they slept in their room on the fifth floor of their residential building, and a few minutes after that the floor gave way and they fell on to the fourth floor. The scary incident took place at the City View Society which is 35 years old, at Oweripada in Dahisar East on Saturday. The police have arrested the owner of the flat on the fourth floor and a contractor who was renovating it.
