Dindigul (TN): A 27-year-old woman today allegedly drowned her two children, aged two and one years respectively, in a channel near here and then committed suicide by jumping into it following a quarrel with her husband, police said.

Police said the body of the woman' son has been recovered by fire force personnel while search was continuing for her body and that of her elder daughter. Her husband allegedly consumed poison on hearing the news and he has been admitted to hospital in a serious condition, police said.
