An engineering student from Dhumat village in Kendrapara district was arrested on theft charges, police said

An engineering student from Dhumat village in Kendrapara district was arrested on theft charges, police said. The arrested is a final year Diploma Engineering student, they said.

The student had allegedly committed a theft at the native house of Gajapati Collector Sudhanshu Mohan Samal on January 11.
