A workshop for kids will use objects to tell stories related to the festival
The participants will learn to make a wide range of Christmas decorations
Are you a parent who is constantly looking for ways to satisfy your child’s curious mind? Festivals present an opportunity to know more about a culture and varying traditions, and variety or novelty attracts kids the most. This Christmas, Goa’s Museum of Christian Art (MoCA) has joined hands with ReReeti Foundation to organise a fun online session with narratives around the festival.

Children will familiarise themselves with artefacts from MoCa and learn about the lesser-known stories around Christmas and the Nativity that are symbolic to the festival. One part of this programme that specifically addresses children between seven and 12 years of age will focus on teaching them to craft festive decorations. So, while their minds are absorbed in imagination, they also get a chance to express their creativity. However, the organisers are particular about timings. Hence, being late is not an option.
