At a time when there’s growing clamour for a whole foods-and plant-based lifestyle and diet, SHARAN, an organisation dedicated to spreading awareness about holistic health practices, is hosting a Clubhouse session titled Rethink Pills, Rediscover Plants, Renergise Life. Experts like Dr Nandita Shah, Dr Nishita Dodhia, Supraja S, Madhura Vayal, Poonam Sharma and Sandhyaashree Rajeev will decode and introduce you to the basics.
