Memories of being introduced to Geography as a subject in school are intrinsically connected with referring to that ginormous accompaniment — the Atlas. But once we were exposed to the many wonders of the world, thanks to this visual delight, not only did the subject emerge as one of our favourites, but it also kindled an endless love affair with maps. Since then, our hunt for maps, old and new, in all formats remains unabated.

Awesome Maps is one such platform that is sure to pique the interest and imagination of cartophiles with its burst of info-visuals and eye-catching illustrations. We loved that they had maps for every kind of hobby — surfing, yoga (big hat-tip to India), fishing, and even an Instagrammable map.
