When a friend suggests an exciting idea, it’s almost a reflex to reply, “Baap, kya idea nikala hai.” If I’ve loved a burger, I say, “Kya baap burger hai.” Similarly, ‘mast’ is hitched to my lingo: “Are kya mast maza aa raha hai”

Towards the final year of my secondary education, there were certain words I picked up, from the streets or from my friends’ circle. ‘Baap’ and ‘mast’ are two words that I still use. When a friend suggests an exciting idea, it’s almost a reflex to reply, “Baap, kya idea nikala hai.” If I’ve loved a burger, I say, “Kya baap burger hai.” Similarly, ‘mast’ is hitched to my lingo: “Are kya mast maza aa raha hai.”
