Indiva

Indiva, an all-female, multi-genre and multi-lingual folk fusion band is set to perform at The Quarter. The band comprises Merlin D'souza (keys and vocals), Vivienne Pocha (vocals and guitar), Shruti Bhave (vocals and violin) and Chandana Bala (vocals). Their sound is known to blend myriad genres such as Hindustani, Carnatic, jazz and world music.

Go on a heritage trail in Bandra

Filmmaker, graphic artist and poet Devashish Makhija will be addressing the issue of freedom of expression, especially for those on the margins. The talk will touch upon how he fights for the space in film-making. Through conversations around his short films, he will share how the digital space allows him to deal with socio-political political issues, that he's not as able to take on otherwise. Makhija is now best known for his feature film Ajji; he had also assisted Anurag Kashyap on Black Friday. The session has been curated by Sanjna Kapoor.

Go on a dark forest walk
