During my routine three-hour Instagram Reel binge last week; I stumbled across an account by the name of @doobydobap. It belongs to a food science major, Tina Choi, and is all things food, with over 80 unique, Asian-inspired recipes via Reels and videos that look ridiculously good. To test-drive the viability of these aesthetic dishes, I tried to recreate her corn rice recipe recently, and it’s safe to say that it’s as delicious as it looks.
