Chorizo toastie
Nothing like the warmth of the sunshine state of Goa to beat the post-festive season blues. A little bit of Goa is travelling to the city this weekend, with Anjuna-based O’Aido setting up shop at a pop-up in Bandra. Curated by head chef Ruben Pinto, the menu is a mix of small plates which celebrate local Goan flavours and ingredients, including mushroom and mozzarella rissois with toum, Goan poee chorizo and BBQ chicken toastie, serradura and more. Wash these down with inspired cocktails like chorizo bloody Mary, susegad gin sour and passion Rita. Patrons can also participate in a quiz night on Sunday.
