The Layered Mediterranean Dip had layers of lemon hummus, dill yogurt, chopped vegetables and feta cheese
Curious, we placed our orders a day in advance. A day later, our orders arrived in plastic containers, wrapped in orange and green ribbons. We began with the Red Rice and Arugula Salad (Rs 225), which was the salad of the day (Tuesday). It consisted of butter beans, fresh goat cheese, toasted walnuts and sweet orange ginger in layers; these had to be mixed together. The salad was fresh and delicious from the word go. It combined a variety of flavours and ingredients and earned a thumbs-up from the health food naysayers too.
The Yogurt Parfait was delicious and included apple, dry fruits and quinoa seeds
Next up, we tried the Layered Mediterranean Dip (Rs 385), which had layers of fresh lemon hummus, dill yogurt, chopped vegetables, herbs, olives and feta cheese. It was accompanied with pita chips (which was included on request; you have to order lavash bread/taco/pita chips separately). It oozed freshness and was polished off in a jiffy.
They offer granola in two variants: as granola bars as well as in a non-bar form, which can be eaten just by itself or have them dipped in milk. They are gluten-free, vegan and naturally sweetened with dates, bananas, and raw honey. We opted for Cacao Hazelnut Granola (Rs 350) in the non-bar form. It was deceptively sinful; we kept eating it all day, without realising how addicted we had become. There are other options like chewy raw granola bars and crispy baked granola bars.

Lastly, we savoured the Yogurt Parfait (Rs 400; minimum order of four portions) which was a delicious concoction, and included chunks of apple that sweetened the mixture and quinoa seeds. It was topped with dry fruits and was satiating. A sweet touch to end our healthy meal.
The Green House delivers their goodies from Cuffe Parade to Worli and sometimes up to Bandra/Santacruz (for big orders). They charge between Rs 100-250 and offer pick-ups and deliveries (the pick-up points are Walkeshwar Road and Cuffe Parade). They also offer assorted hampers and assorted gift bags. Orders have to be placed 24 hours in advance and goat cheese orders a week in advance. Gupta and Dhingra plan to open a store that will serve fresh items like smoothies and salads soon.
