As an Andheri watering hole revamps and introduces a live egg station for dinner service, here's your guide to a breakfast-at-night (we mean, brinner) trail

Mumbai eateries introduce breakfast at night menu

Share a Shakshouka
Recently revamped as Boveda Bistro, the eatery has introduced all-day breakfast options like upma, cereal bowls and a live egg station offering varieties such as Shakshouka (Egyptian-styled baked eggs, '325). "In Mumbai's busy life, comfort is key.

Several restaurants offer breakfast, but only till 4 or 7 pm, so we went a step further. Keeping the egg station open, especially during dinner service, may make operations tougher, but if it makes the guest happy, why not.

For instance, many guests opt for Eggs with Ham or Salmon (served with baked beans) for dinner because they're light and high in protein. Some also substitute conventional desserts with a pancake or waffle post dinner," says managing director and partner, Syesha Kapoor.
